The Project:

Following the recent acquisition of two existing hotels in the heart of Rotterdam, Orange IM commissioned The Affinity Group to investigate the cost implications of converting these hotels to the Hilton Doubletree/Curio concepts. Special attention was given to Hilton's requirements and the cost implications of implementing them in the overall design.
