Queensway engaged The Affinity Group for the portfolio delivery of their KFC rollout across Austria and Slovakia. With Queensway not having local teams/knowledge of the region, The Affinity Group was able to engage their local supply chain/experts (Alliance) and help deliver a number of stores across the region on time and on budget.
