The Project:

As it expanded its hotel offering, The Usual sought local advice on costs, approvals, design, and programming in several new regions throughout Europe. Using its local network, The Affinity Group ensured the feasibility of the project and the commercial viability of the acquisitions. In addition, The Usual commissioned The Affinity Group to develop bespoke brand guidelines to evolve the identity of the hotel group. This ensures a consistent guest experience across properties. A dedicated cost matrix was also created, leveraging The Usual’s internal data and industry benchmarks, to provide a strategic tool for evaluating the cost implications of their concept across diverse property types.
