The Project:

As it expanded its hotel offering, The Usual sought local advice on costs, approvals, design, and programming in several new regions. The Affinity Group used its local network to ensure the feasibility of the project and, therefore, the commercial viability of the acquisitions. In addition, The Usual commissioned The Affinity Group to develop a cost model for exclusive use by the client, incorporating their specific cost data/considerations as a strategy to understand the cost implications of developing their hotel concept in existing buildings.
